Naftali Abramson was born in the USA and came on Aliyah in 1986. He started writing songs whilst still in High school and established his band in 2002. His first CD called TODA - Thank you, was released in 2003 and the first print was sold out within 6 months. Influenced by Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach and a mixture of American Rock and Celtic music, Naftali has created his own unique style of Jewish Original Music. Naftali has become a household name performing for groups in Israel that come for different yearly programmes as well as for Israeli audiences. He also tours in the USA and has performed at summer camps. Naftali has performed at the Annual Bet Shemesh Jewish Rock and Soul Festival as well as in Chevron, the Annual Reb Shlomo Carlebach memorial concert and others. Naftali released his second album "Seeing the Good" (Lachazot B'Noam) at the end of 2004, and is about to release his third album called "...Overcoming..." to be released around spring time 2008. This album has been a longer process but well worth the wait...

Shua Kessin Kumzitz Matzav.com will be presenting its Second Annual Live Music Webcast Featuring Shua Kessin in honor of the yahrtzeit of R’ Shlomo Carlebach z”l, whose music has touched the souls of countless people. This event follows the first-ever live Jewish music webcast last year, produced by Matzav.com, which drew tens of thousands of viewers. All day Sunday Nov. 8.

This year’s webcast, which is being produced by Ozer Babad and hosted and powered by Matzav.com, is expected to be watched by tens of thousands of people across the globe and will also be heard live on Radio Kol Berama, 107.9 FM in Lakewood, NJ.

Shua will be accompanied this Motzoei Shabbos by an orchestra featuring Yanky Katina, Yaakov Zeines and Jo Blumenthal.
