Leeds Jewish International Theatre Festival

Leeds Jewish International Theatre Festival which takes place 17th – 21st July at Leeds Grammar School. It has been described as the "new cultural fringe festival" of Leeds. The Festival will offer back to back performances over a five day period, purely for the public’s entertainment. The Leeds Grammar School site will be turned into a buzzing Theatre Village with 3 theatres being used simultaneously. This is a unique opportunity for all to come and enjoy Jewish related Performing Arts and Music. The Festival Website is www.ljtf.org.

Highlights include: Ivor Dembina, last years prize winners, Rose Bruford Drama College, London & Stuart Curtis’s K-groove with music from their hit album “Smoked Salmon Salsa” . For classical music lovers Benjamin Frith, protégée of Dame Fanny Waterman will perform with Sagi Hartov, world class Israeli Cellist. These are only a few of the amazing line-up for the Festival.
